More than one dwelling

Duplex and multi-family packages, quoted for the actual building.

A two-unit duplex and a small apartment building both need a coordinated envelope, openings, and delivery plan. Big Twig helps you compare EPS SIP and component options for the project you are actually designing—not a one-size kit.

We work with buyers in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia from Hendersonville, NC, by appointment Monday–Friday 10am–6pm.

How these packages are used

Plan the units before the materials are quoted.

Duplex packages

Two-unit buildings can start with a shared envelope and a clear plan for entries, separations, and mechanical coordination. Confirm what the material package includes for each unit.

Small multi-family buildings

A handful of units, a small apartment building, or a similar project needs layout, occupancy, and delivery planning before panels or components are quoted.

SIP and EPS assemblies

Some multi-family projects use structural insulated panels. Others use EPS wall-panel and truss components. The quoted system follows the building, not a generic label.

Mixed residential uses

Workforce housing, rental duplexes, and similar uses still require project-specific engineering, fire and egress coordination by your professionals, and a written material scope.

FAQ

Questions people ask before they request a package estimate.

Do you supply SIP multi-family building packages?

Big Twig helps define EPS material packages for duplexes and multi-family buildings. Some projects use SIP assemblies; others use EPS components such as wall panels and trusses. The quote identifies the system for your building.

Can you help with a duplex kit or two-unit package?

Yes. Share the unit count, layout ideas, and site location. A duplex is still a custom package: geometry, openings, separations, and delivery all affect the materials. Big Twig does not publish a universal duplex price.

Who handles construction and code requirements?

Customers select and hire their own builder. Your builder and project professionals manage construction, inspections, fire and egress requirements, and the completion schedule. Big Twig coordinates the agreed material package.

Where do you work?

Big Twig is based in Hendersonville, NC, by appointment Monday–Friday 10am–6pm, and works with buyers in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia. Call (833) 244-8944 to discuss a multi-family package.

How is a multi-family package different from a SIP home?

A single-family SIP home and a multi-family building can use different layouts, structural approaches, and component sets. Explore SIP Homes for a residence, or this page when you are planning more than one dwelling unit.
