The quoted structural system, envelope, openings, and engineering are selected for the actual project—not assumed from a photograph.
Do commercial buildings always use SIPs?
No. Application and structure are different decisions. A commercial building may use a SIP assembly or another EPS system depending on the use, spans, and project requirements. Confirm the selected system in writing before design proceeds.
Who constructs the building?
Customers select and hire their own builder. Big Twig supplies the material package, design guidance, technical support, and delivery coordination. Your builder manages construction, trades, permits, and the completion schedule.
