SMS Program Terms

These SMS Program Terms apply to text messages sent by Big Twig Homes LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) in connection with our customer-care messaging program.
1. Program description
By opting in, you agree to receive customer-care SMS messages related to your inquiry or project, including appointment coordination, project updates, support replies, and transactional notifications.
2. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive a few messages per week or less depending on your project and conversations with our team.
3. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
4. Opt-out

6. Consent
You must provide affirmative consent to receive SMS (for example, by checking the consent box on our website forms). Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
