Big Twig content distinguishes the material package from construction. Big Twig helps define supplied materials, design scope, technical assistance, and delivery. The customer’s selected builder manages construction, site work, trades, and the construction schedule.
Supplier specifications, plan documents, illustrations, and project inspiration are attributed to their sources. Published material is general reference information; the current manufacturer documentation and the customer’s written quote control the actual package.
Articles may reference manufacturer documentation, building-system organizations, and other identified sources. General education does not replace project engineering, local code review, manufacturer instructions, or professional advice for a specific site.
Big Twig does not publish a universal square-foot price for a custom material package. Estimates depend on the actual design, materials, structural requirements, engineering, options, freight, and written scope.
Publication and update dates should reflect meaningful content work rather than cosmetic freshness. When Big Twig identifies an important factual or attribution error, the content should be corrected and the applicable source or scope clarified.
Customer names, locations, photographs, and quotations are used only with an appropriate public source or owner authorization. Manufacturer inspiration is not presented as a Big Twig-delivered project.
